In a new residential location in the village of Kráľová pri Senci modern family houses with usable area from 101.10 m2 to 119.80 m2 are being built. For all your small or large family needs.
The construction is a two-floor building without a basement, designed as a separate building. All load-bearing elements are designed in accordance with the principles and methods of international standards in Europe.
Foundations use waterproofing based on modified bitumen strips with anti-radon protection.
Monolithic reinforced concrete walls around the perimeter of the building are lined with 200 mm thick EPS contact insulation system and covered with facade render.
The partitions walls made of ceramic Porotherm bricks are 115 mm and 140 mm thick. The internal surfaces are machine rendered with a hygienic coating, painted white and have vapour permeable qualities.
The monolithic reinforced concrete foundation slabs are 200 mm thick. The internal surfaces are machine rendered with a hygienic coating, painted white and have vapour permeable qualities.
The flat roof is insulated with two layers of EPS gradient boards with a total thickness of at least 260 mm. A 1,5 mm thick PVC waterproofing membrane is laid on top, followed by a geotextile filter layer and gravel backfill.
A staged system used for floor insulation consists of a reinforced concrete screed with an integrated underfloor heating system, followed by a poured screed. The floors can be covered with laminate parquet or tiles suitable for underfloor heating.
Drinking water is supplied from the public water supply network via a DN 25 diameter pipe, which is ended by a water metering unit located in a water meter shaft.
The hot water for each house is provided by its own air-to-water heat pump system with an integrated 220-litre tank.
Heating system is provided by an air-to-water heat pump with a 25-litre expansion tank and a safety shut-off valve. The underfloor heating with forced circulation ensures a temperature regime of 38/33 °C. In the bathrooms the stairwell heaters are connected to the mains via a socket.
Built-in wiring is available to provide cooling system, ready for installation of indoor and outdoor air conditioning units.
The electrical installation work includes the installation and connection of artificial lighting and sockets. The electrical connection is at low voltage level of 0,4 kV.
