Hot water for each house is provided by its own air-water heat pump with an integrated 220-liter tank.

Heating is provided by an air-water heat pump with a 25-liter expansion tank and a safety shut-off valve. Underfloor heating with forced circulation ensures a temperature regime of 38/33°C. In bathrooms, staircase heating devices are connected to the electrical network via an outlet.

Built-in ducts are available for the installation of internal and external air conditioning units.

Electrical installation work includes the installation and connection of artificial lighting and sockets. Electrical connection is carried out at low voltage level 0.4 kV.
